Monitoring & Rebooting

Server administering is a huge duty for inexperienced VPS users – you need to keep an eye on how your virtual server is doing, to see if it’s under stress, to check if all the services are running correctly. It’s a procedure that requires undivided attention, and you most likely do not have time to optimally handle this. For this reason, we propose that we do the task for you. If you take advantage of our Optional Managed Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your Virtual Private Server and all the services running on it. Thus, you will have much more time for your sites or apps.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest task on earth. You will either need to use another server or your personal computer, or deploy some third–party solution. We offer a considerably easier alternative with our Optional Managed Services offer. We’ll create a full backup copy of your server each week, so you never need to fear permanently losing any essential information. And we can always retrieve a backup very fast. All backups we make are saved on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have full freedom to run any script or service on your it. Yet, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and might require some extra configuration on your part. That is where our Optional Managed Services package can come in real handy. It features half an hour of installation & problem–solving procedures – in other words you will be able to literally hire one of our practiced server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any app that you desire. Or have him resolve a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an optional feature with the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
